Shop peacefully amongst the twinkling lights and roasting chestnuts

You are invited to join us for an evening of traditional Christmas cheer, goodwill and beautiful music from the acclaimed and local Ripieno Choir.

Thank you to all those who joined us for the first of our two Christmas evenings on Wednesday...despite the rain! The choir were wonderful. We look forward to welcoming you to the second special Christmas shopping evening on Wednesday 9th December. 

Although minutes from Richmond and only a short hop from the centre of London, as you step into the fairy lit world of Petersham Nurseries, the hustle and bustle of the high street seems a thousand miles away.  Why struggle along Oxford Street or around a characterless, could-be-anywhere mall, when you could spend a relaxing hour in the heated glasshouses perusing the wide array of gift ideas?

Step along the rural lane, with flaming torches and the inviting smell of roasting chestnuts to guide you.  Once inside the cosy warmth of the main greenhouse, you will find a selection of delightful presents for your loved ones.

At our Christmas Markets you will find Christmas trees, beautiful Christmas wreaths made by Petersham Nurseries` own florist Ronny de Koning...craftmade decorations delicately carved from cinnamon wood or mother of pearl, elegant vintage old Victorian styled baubles in burgundy`s, lilacs, champagne gold and plums...Nativity play boxes, playful handmade paper cut Christmas cards... click here to see our Christmas stock catalogue.

We will also be joined by Italian chef Tito Bergamaschi who will be selling a selection of unique, delicate and versatile cheeses from the provence of Lodi, whilst the Ripieno Choir performs from 6.30pm until 8.30pm.

Seasonal hot drinks, mince pies and other goodies will be available to buy on the night.
